Description

You will design, configure, and test AI-enabled ServiceNow agents and platform solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI Agent products, including technical design and configuration.
• Perform peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Refine agent logic, prompts, and behavior to improve accuracy and usability.
• Collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a pilot-driven environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Proven experience building ServiceNow agents and AI-enabled delivery.
• Strong technical design concepts and quality practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform peer reviews.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating across global time zones (EMEA, APAC, AMS).
