Description

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing backend solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend functionality within the ServiceNow platform, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and custom APIs.
• Build custom applications and automate workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate third-party systems with the ServiceNow environment.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom scoped apps.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a ServiceNow backend Developer.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Familiarity with HRSD and CSM applications.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming APIs.
