Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and service integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
• Build and manage integrations using webservices and SOA protocols.
• Implement service integration and management processes.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate platform functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Perl, and Unix Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, XML, and AJAX.
• Competency in front-end technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Experience managing service integrations and platform workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.
