Description

You will configure, develop, support, and maintain ServiceNow implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom catalog items using Flow Designer and maintain existing workflow-based items.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party vendors using REST and SOAP web services.
• Design and develop solutions leveraging ITSM, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, Incident process, and Customer Service Management.
• Prototype solutions rapidly for new projects and manage ServiceNow upgrades.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer and experience integrating external systems.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including Glide, Ajax, and HTML5.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Front-end development experience with CSS, HTML, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum development and testing methodologies.
• Ability to follow and maintain development best practice policies.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience with ITSM and CMDB modules.
