Description

You will build and enhance solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning process workflows, automation strategies, and application support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop process workflows and automation strategies for ServiceNow projects.
• Collaborate on architecture design, development, and code reviews.
• Lead the creation of solution artifacts, including road maps and architecture diagrams.
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while supporting cross-functional team implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Development.
• Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Working knowledge of Web Service integration.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations for the US Federal Government.
• Certifications in Project Management or Agile.
