Description

You will manage and evolve the ServiceNow platform architecture and codebase to meet changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code within the ServiceNow platform to deliver project requirements.
• Configure core modules including Service Catalog, Asset, Integration Hub, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Migrate existing workflows to Flow Designer to mature the service catalog.
• Own the full ServiceNow upgrade cycle, utilizing the Automated Test Framework for validation.
• Troubleshoot existing solutions and manage day-to-day user requests and incidents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in relevant development roles.
• Proven track record with at least two full ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
• Proficiency with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps pipeline technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical documentation and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Advanced Scripting, Performance Analytics, and Reporting.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer.
