Description

You will develop, implement, and debug custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Design solutions through requirements gathering and technical architecture.
  • Write and maintain client-side and server-side scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
  • Debug complex issues to determine root causes and implement effective resolutions.

Required Skills

  • 6-8 years of overall IT experience with 3-4 years focused on ServiceNow development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including client and server-side scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Portal, UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, and HTML.
  • Experience with AngularJS and managing data flow between front and back ends.
  • Technical expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Proven ability in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related stream.
