Description

You will build and manage the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, driving process optimization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, optimizing processes across ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Infrastructure to build technical solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows and automation to optimize ticketing and improve user experience.
• Maintain ServiceNow governance policies and standards for the project system.
• Analyze ServiceNow data and reports to drive platform improvements.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Extensive experience applying ITSM principles and best practices.
• Proven multi-project experience implementing ServiceNow and integrating it with external systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically JavaScript and Python.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on results.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
