Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and support ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and necessary integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure platform best practices, performance optimization, and security compliance across the environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Certification: CSA (Certified System Administrator).
• Certification: CAD (Certified Application Developer).
• Certification: CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM).
• Expertise in scripting using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
