Description

You will own ServiceNow development tasks, executing them independently while guiding the team on technical architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions from business analysis requirements and handle complex development tasks.
• Guide the team on technical architecture, lead mentoring efforts, and ensure deployment best practices.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, performance, and limitations across the latest releases.
• Execute integrations using REST, SOAP, and Kafka.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, CSM, TSOM, or ITOM modules.
• Practical experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI Orchestration.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies (scrum, user stories, sprint model).
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to the telecom domain, including knowledge of TAM and SID frameworks.
• Familiarity with popular telecom services such as Voice, Broadband, and VPN across wired and wireless networks.
