Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive, document, and validate business requirements for HR lifecycle events and HR transitions.
• Build and configure ServiceNow solutions in HRSD, HR Enterprise Lifecycle Management, and ESC Service Portal.
• Create and maintain API data integrations with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and iPaaS platforms.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory data privacy requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in scrum activities, perform code reviews, and provide ongoing platform support.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development/implementation.
• ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Implementation of HRSD-based HR service management solutions.
• Experience configuring HR lifecycle workflows and related ServiceNow components.
• API integration experience with ESB and iPaaS platforms.

Good to Have:

• JavaScript development experience for ServiceNow scripting and portal enhancements.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
