Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow platform configurations to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality.
• Debug technical issues and implement fixes to maintain system stability.
• Produce and execute test cases to guarantee software quality and document all application functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience working with ITAM and CMDB modules.
• Proven ability to write efficient, maintainable code.
• Experience in debugging and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience performing code reviews and quality control checks.
• Ability to document code and application workflows effectively.
