Description

Develop and maintain technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on technical implementation and functional business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with customers to define project scope and documentation.
• Build and configure ServiceNow components including client scripts, business rules, and script includes.
• Maintain and optimize Service Catalog, workflows, and Flow Designer processes.
• Manage integrations and UI elements such as macros and UI pages.
• Develop and implement project plans based on identified business needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Proficiency in writing business rules and script includes.
• Hands-on experience with client scripts and UI pages.
• Experience configuring Service Catalog and workflows.
• Working knowledge of Flow Designer and macros.
• Ability to handle technical integrations.
• Experience translating business processes into functional technical requirements.

• Any graduate degree.
