Description

You will own ServiceNow development with a heavy emphasis on ITSM service portal implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Design and implement workflows for Service Catalogue and IT Asset Management.
• Build and test integrations using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Execute test case design, test planning, and test strategies across the platform.
• Automate testing processes using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Development experience.
• ITSM Service Portal experience.
• Hands-on experience with Change, Incident, Knowledge, and Problem modules.
• CMDB management and configuration.
• Integration experience using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Ability to design test plans and strategies.
