Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements through custom UI, workflows, and modules.

Responsibilities

• Code ServiceNow applications using Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Manage application configuration consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Execute platform maintenance including cloning, patch upgrades, and release upgrades.
• Support ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request management.
• Debug production issues related to logs, notifications, user administration, and integrations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Script Actions, UI Scripts, ACLs).
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Experience with Web technologies including XML, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Knowledge of Linux administration and fundamental internet services like DNS, mail, and Apache/Tomcat.
• Experience with MySQL database.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Experience with SOAP, Scripted Web Services, and Direct Web Services.
• Working knowledge of Perl or Python.
