Description

You will manage ServiceNow development and operational activities across multiple modules. You will own the end-to-end DevOps process from code to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop fixes for production defects within the ServiceNow platform.
• Execute operational activities including code deployment and integration monitoring.
• Manage end-to-end DevOps processes from code to deployment.
• Support both code-based and no-code development approaches.
• Collaborate using standard engineering tools for version control and tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total software industry experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise with CSM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with Angular, MongoDB, and Portal development (HTML, CSS).
