Description

You will design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow platform architecture, configurations, and customizations.
• Develop platform logic using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Build and manage integrations using SOAP, REST, and MID Server.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Security Incident Response.
• Apply ITIL best practices to platform workflows and service management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Platform Architect role.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Hands-on experience with HRSD and Security Incident Response.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio.
• Strong command of REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience configuring and managing MID Servers.

Preferred Skills

• Foundational knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
