Description

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Own the full implementation lifecycle from requirement analysis to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Design new functionality using Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Workflow Activities.
• Develop customized portal web pages and custom widgets for the ServiceNow portal.
• Configure Service Catalog, Request Workflows, and automated workflow solutions.
• Manage module implementation including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to analyze requirements and facilitate application rollouts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of application development experience, with 3-4 years focused on ServiceNow implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide Scripting, jQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap, HTML, Ajax, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Variable sets, Forms design, Access Lists, and Automated Test Framework.
• Technical knowledge of Mid server, web services, REST/SOAP services, schedulers, and event notifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Asset management modules.
• Strong understanding of ITSM concepts, ITIL, and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to assess security risks and impacts from a development perspective.
• Experience developing Dashboards and Reports.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certification.
• Experience with 3rd party software integrations.
