Description

You will design, develop, and deploy system configurations within the ServiceNow platform, managing both fast-track and medium-risk changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Service Catalog solutions and module configurations for Change, Incident, and Problem management.
• Develop and maintain integrations using web services and data imports.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical solutions for complex requests under architect guidance.
• Mentor and train junior developers on platform best practices.
• Coordinate technical requirements with Line of Business (LOB) contacts.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and Service Catalog management.
• Strong understanding of Web Services, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience managing Incident, Problem, and Change modules.
• Solid grasp of database concepts.
• Proven ability to handle data imports and system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Discovery (SNMP, WMI, PowerShell, or Azure cloud discovery).
• Development of Service Portal based solutions.
• Experience with Event Management or Flow Designer.
