Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows to optimize processes and user experiences.
• Develop both client-side and server-side scripts to enhance functionality and create seamless integrations.
• Ensure solutions are developed with high standards of security, data protection, and compliance.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Experience Required: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development practices including client and server-side scripting, application UI configuration, and custom application development. Proven experience working with workflows in ServiceNow platform areas.

Education: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - optional. Any other ServiceNow Certification or Micro-Certification - optional
