Description

You will implement and develop ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and related platform components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM.
• Configure and manage platform components such as Portal and CMDB.
• Execute technical implementations across ITOM, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro.
• Support lifecycle management and integration requirements within the platform.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Mandatory implementation experience with ITSM and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Proficiency in HRSD and Cloud Governance.
• Technical knowledge of Portal and CMDB.
• Experience with ITAM and ITBM modules.
• Background in Discovery and Integration workflows.
