Description

You will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Design custom scripts and interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Build integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP web services. Configure ServiceNow scripting including client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and script includes. Implement automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration. Create custom reports and dashboards through Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom scripts and interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP web services.
• Configure ServiceNow scripting including client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and script includes.
• Implement automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
• Experience with Service Portal development and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and ITIL best practices.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and automation workflows.
