Description

You will manage the ServiceNow application, optimize its architecture, and integrate security platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Refactor the Security Incident Response (SIR) table structure by creating sub-tables to replace the current 300+ field setup.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CrowdStrike via API to ensure bi-directional data synchronization.
• Optimize application efficiency by reviewing and simplifying existing Business Rules and UI Policies.
• Configure inbound email rules, categories, sub-categories, and custom fields.
• Manage pre-production and production alert tables for various alert types.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Mandatory experience with Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Proven ability to integrate platforms via APIs.
• Experience with event monitoring and security reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application performance issues.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and organizational judgment.
• Knowledge of Splunk, DLP, Proofpoint, and Phantom.
• Hold one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, GCHI, CEH, or CCNA.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Web Access Firewalls (WAF).
• Knowledge of endpoint and network security concepts and tools.
