Description

You will build and maintain core ServiceNow modules and custom applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules, including RITM and workflows.
• Build and configure Service Catalog, Request Management, and Service Portal components.
• Design and implement scripted flows using Flow Designer and Workflow engines.
• Create scoped applications and manage inbound/outbound integrations via Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure CMDB, Discovery integrations, and manage MID servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow CSM module.
• Proficiency in ITSM modules and workflow management.
• Strong experience with Client scripts, Business rules, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, and Scripted Flows.
• Capability in Service Catalog and Request Management.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery integration.
• Experience developing scoped applications.
• Proficiency with Scripted REST APIs and integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with MID servers.
