Description

You will design, build, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow modules including Case, Change, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop complex workflows, scripts, and integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Build responsive Service Portal UI components using widgets and scripting.
• Implement security policies via ACLs, roles, and groups, and manage system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide Script.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow APIs, ITSM, and CSM modules.
• Ability to design and implement responsive Service Portal pages.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
