Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, delivering custom code and configuration based on client release plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom code for ServiceNow application modules, including workflows, forms, business rules, and UI components.
• Configure interfaces between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, SOAP, and MID.
• Conduct technical analysis on existing applications to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Implement data loads, catalog items, and inbound/outbound integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development and deployment experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset).
• Ability to write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal.
• Proven integration experience with 3rd party tools and services.
• Familiarity with ITIL v3 processes and fundamental SQL constructs (DML/DQL).
• SNOW administration experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Dev/Admin Certification.
• Experience in the development of custom modules.
