Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Configure and enhance core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Management, and Discovery.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain CMDB data models, discovery patterns, and service mapping.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and performance problems while ensuring security via ACLs and roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ITSM processes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Architect concepts.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience using MID Server and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
