Description

You will design, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
• Implement integrations with external systems and manage platform databases.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with IT teams on development efforts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITOM, and Integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Experience managing ServiceNow databases.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams.
