Description

You will develop custom applications, integrations, and UI enhancements within an Agile Scrum framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications, enhancements, and scoped applications.
• Implement and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Build and optimize UI/UX components, including service portal widgets and workspace experiences.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and development standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and deep experience with Glide APIs.
• Advanced integration knowledge using REST and SOAP.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
• Familiarity with AngularJS and React for UI development.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to design scalable, enterprise-level solutions.
