Description

You will build and manage the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, driving process optimization and automation across ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Gather requirements from Operations, Finance, and Infrastructure stakeholders.
• Configure workflows and automation to optimize ticketing and user experience.
• Maintain ServiceNow governance policies and standards.
• Analyze data and reports to drive platform improvements.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Extensive experience applying ITSM principles and best practices.
• Proven multi-project implementation experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
