You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on IT Asset Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IT Asset Management modules and workflows.
• Implement automation within ServiceNow.
• Maintain Configuration Management Database integrity.
• Manage ServiceNow integrations and discovery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Proficiency in Hardware & Software Asset Management.
• Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM.
• Strong scripting skills.
