Develop and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM capabilities and platform performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Implement and support ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Develop client scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), and ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Maintain platform best practices, performance tuning, and stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM).
• Expertise in JavaScript scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and optimize platform performance.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
