Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM customization and integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Workflows using Flow Designer.
• Implement and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Customize forms, lists, views, and notifications across the platform.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patch management, and platform enhancements using Update Sets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Experience developing and managing Service Catalog items and Record Producers.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP-based API integrations.
• Experience customizing forms, lists, views, and notifications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and patch management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Update Sets for deployment and version control.
