Description

You will design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, owning the lifecycle from planning to production support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Write, test, and review code, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Manage enhancements from planning through deployment.
• Collaborate with administrators to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Identify system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with APM/CSDM, Service Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem, CMDB, and Demand.
• Proficiency in third-party integrations and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of ITOM, ITIL 4 practices, Agile Scrum, and DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
