Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, IRM, SPM, and ITOM modules using platform best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement automation and AI capabilities to meet business requirements.
• Create, enhance, and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support releases, and participate in incident and problem resolution.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security guidelines.
• Document configurations, technical designs, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, IRM, SPM, and ITOM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and platform customization.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with architects and product owners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
