Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow applications, managing the full lifecycle from custom UI and workflow design to release management and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Code ServiceNow applications using Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Manage application configuration consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Execute platform maintenance including cloning, patch upgrades, and release upgrades.
• Support ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) and debug production issues related to logs, notifications, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Script Actions, UI Scripts, ACLs).
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Experience with Web technologies: XML, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Experience with SOAP, Scripted Web Services, and Direct Web Services.
• Working knowledge of Perl or Python.
