Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to optimize business processes and workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations based on business requirements.
• Configure ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Develop UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and other system customizations.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications using SOAP and REST.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure uninterrupted application operation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM processes and Service Catalog configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST integration technologies.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Ability to manage platform upgrades, version control, and release management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with CSM (Customer Service Management).
