Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning the full application development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure the ServiceNow platform to optimize user access, navigation, and usability.
• Develop new features, build components, and troubleshoot bugs using best engineering practices.
• Implement modular, configurable, and intuitive software solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, quality engineers, and product owners to deliver technical requirements.
• Provide functional and technical documentation and assume technical accountability for work products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of developer experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in custom scoped application development, UI Builder, and portal development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of REST API best practices and service architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration methodology and implementation.
• Familiarity with the SCRUM lifecycle, including QA, version control, and deployment.
• Ability to identify problem areas within existing frameworks and recommend technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ReactJS and web technologies.
