Description

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications while ensuring high-quality production code and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms across ServiceNow modules.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met.
• Develop and maintain system integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST APIs.
• Debug issues, identify hidden data problems, and implement proactive monitoring for platform stability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering communities of practice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience on the ServiceNow platform with formal training or certification.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Proven experience building system integrations using REST APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to clarify requirements with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI Builders.
