Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions through system integrations, automation, and technical coaching for India-based developers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute system integrations by collaborating with architects and application owners to understand APIs and system impacts.
• Develop software that meets user story acceptance criteria while prioritizing security, reusability, and scalability.
• Automate test cases and apply automation to improve user efficiency and experience.
• Support production users through monitoring and incident ticket resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to India-based developers.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• ServiceNow Developer and Architect experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Expertise in API integrations and reviewing API documentation.
• Full Stack Engineering background.
• Experience working within agile environments and daily standups.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
