Description

You will manage the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in Bangalore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration and core configuration, including system policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Develop application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components.
• Manage data using Tables, the CMDB, Import Sets, and Update Sets.
• Create and implement workflows and approval activities to automate record generation.
• Execute migration activities across Dev, QA, and Production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, and maintenance.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Tables and CMDB management.
• Proficiency in developing and managing Workflows.
• Experience configuring Service Catalog, including variables and cart controls.
• Ability to manage data via Import Sets and Update Sets.

• Any Graduate degree.
