Description

You will lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, focusing on complex projects and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex automated workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and Integration Hub spokes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers while ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Analyze and resolve advanced technical issues, optimizing system performance and monitoring stability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on complex integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Transform Maps, and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features, including Now Assist, Agentic Workflows, and AI Control Tower.
• Working experience with ITSM Pro products such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
