Description

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and UI to optimize processes.
• Manage the full SDLC, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with ITOM, PPM, or HRSD workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
