Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance. You will own the end-to-end visibility of infrastructure and services across hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ITOM Visibility modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Develop and troubleshoot Discovery Patterns for servers, databases, middleware, and cloud resources.
• Create Service Mapping Patterns to discover application dependencies and business service topologies.
• Implement Service Graph Connectors to integrate data from cloud providers, monitoring tools, and third-party systems.
• Manage CMDB governance using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) for CI reconciliation and data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud discovery.
• Proficiency in creating custom probes, sensors, patterns, and integration workflows.
• Experience configuring Event Management and integrating monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of MID Servers, pattern execution, and troubleshooting discovery schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid environment service mapping.
• Ability to create technical documentation and implementation guides.
