You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM implementation and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripting and REST API integrations.
• Manage ITSM processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Support system modules to meet specific technical requirements.
• Apply ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies in development cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SPM and CMDB.
• Working knowledge of Oracle/SQL.
• Experience with Java scripting.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
