Description

You will manage maintenance and production support processes within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority incident triage bridges involving SVP-level leadership.
• Coordinate with multiple technical teams to accelerate detection and resolution times.
• Ensure all incident response activities meet established SLAs.
• Drive assertive communication across teams to resolve critical production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
• Experience using AppDynamics.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure incident triage management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
