Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise-level initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript (client-side and server-side).
• Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform support and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-level implementations.
