ServiceNow Developer

You will develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement configuration, customization, and integration within the ServiceNow system using workflows.
• Integrate external systems with ServiceNow using protocols such as ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
• Develop features leveraging Products & Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, and Business Rules.
• Apply deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model to propose and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience developing on ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, FSM, CMDB, ITOM, and OMT.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting capabilities (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting).
• Experience integrating external systems via REST, SOAP, ODBC, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model).
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
