You will develop, customize, and integrate solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement configuration, customization, and integration workflows within the ServiceNow system.
• Integrate external systems using protocols including REST, SOAP, ODBC, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
• Develop features using the Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, and Business Rules.
• Apply deep knowledge of the ServiceNow data model to propose and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience developing on ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, FSM, CMDB, ITOM, and OMT.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting).
• Experience integrating external systems via REST, SOAP, ODBC, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, User Story, Sprint).
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
