You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge) and HRSD modules (HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, Workflows).
Build and optimize end-to-end workflows for both IT and HR functions, including Service Catalog items and record producers.
Develop and support integrations with external systems like Active Directory and HRM systems (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).
Gather requirements from HR and IT teams, translating business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
Manage platform maintenance, including upgrade support, regression testing, and troubleshooting performance issues.
Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.
Deep understanding of HRSD Case Management, Employee Center, and Knowledge configuration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and platform automation techniques.
Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes.
Familiarity with systems such as Active Directory and SAP SuccessFactors.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
